# Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of the AZINTECO Service.

## You must not
- Send messages without a valid legal basis or required opt-in consent.
- Message contacts who have opted out. Opt-out requests must be honored.
- Send spam, unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing content.
- Violate Meta's WhatsApp/Instagram/Messenger platform policies, including the
  24-hour customer-service window and template requirements.
- Attempt to breach tenant isolation, probe security, or exceed rate limits.

## Consent and opt-out
You are responsible for maintaining proof of consent and for honoring opt-outs.
The platform blocks business-initiated sends to opted-out contacts, but this is
a safety net, not a substitute for your own compliance.

## Enforcement
Violations may result in message throttling, suspension or termination.
