# Data Processing Addendum (Template)

This Addendum forms part of the Terms between the customer ("Controller") and
AZINTECO ("Processor") for the processing of personal data.

## 1. Roles
The Controller determines the purposes of processing contact and conversation
data. AZINTECO processes it only on documented instructions.

## 2. Subject matter and duration
Processing lasts for the term of the Service and is limited to what is necessary
to provide it.

## 3. Sub-processors
AZINTECO may engage sub-processors (messaging, hosting, payments) under
equivalent obligations and will maintain a current list on request.

## 4. Security
AZINTECO applies technical and organizational measures including access
control, tenant isolation, audit logging, transport encryption and secret
redaction.

## 5. Data subject requests
AZINTECO assists the Controller in responding to access, export and deletion
requests, including self-service workspace export and deletion tooling.

## 6. International transfers and deletion
Transfers and deletion are handled per applicable law; on termination, data is
deleted or returned per the Controller's instruction.
